Telecoms & High Tech sectors

Meet the personalization needs of your customers and prospects!

The Telecom and High Tech sectors, including Internet, services, cloud, AI and IOT, need to innovate constantly and offer their customers the most rewarding, value-added experience.

As early as 2005, the most successful companies in the sector understood the importance of data in their core business. The growing volumes of stored data, the speed at which they were being processed, and the variety of the data they contained, had a profound impact on the way they approached their customers, who were about to become their central focus: Big Data was born.

Big data is initially based on the three "Vs" described below:

Volume

With more and more types of data coming from different sources (search engine analytics, traffic users, email campaign opening rates, sales rates, CRM analytics...), the volume of data to be analyzed is constantly increasing.

Speed

Data needs to be stored, assimilated and calculated in real time, in order to offer the best user experience by adapting the user journey. Depending on the use and processing required, a wide variety of infrastructures will need to be put in place (server, cloud, DB management or data lake).

Variety

A distinction is made between structured or traditional data (e.g. contact data, generally collected via forms and stored in a database) and so-called unstructured data (text, audio, video), which is processed into metadata.

In recent years, this base has been strengthened by the addition of two other "Vs":

Value

Collecting data for the sake of collecting data makes no sense. Defining its usefulness will give it value. You also need to set up monitoring indicators to qualify the cost of this data and its ROI.

Veracity

False data is useless, and can even lead to irreversible and irreparable business decisions. A Data Quality Management strategy must be put in place to validate and verify the data collected.

GAFAs (Google, Amazon, Facebook and Apple) have long since integrated Big Data as an essential tool in the development of their business, enabling them to understand user interactions and identify customer needs. Continuous analysis of stored data enables them to improve productivity and remain innovative on the product side.

Henceforth, for any company in this sector, the marketing strategy to be initiated, the technological choices to be made, the prioritization of future developments and investments to be made, is based on the collection, verification and use of data.

DATA ENSO supports you in the initial stages of your data processing, enabling you to concentrate on creating value, which remains your top priority.
