The EnsoMove solution

Ensure the relevance of your postal data

With over 3 million French people moving house every year, the addresses of contacts stored in databases quickly become obsolete.

Why EnsoMove?

Every year, over 3 million French people move house. That's nearly 10% of all households affected, or just as many postal addresses in your databases.

The majority of these moves take place within a 200 km radius, and are mostly motivated by personal reasons (70% vs. 30% for professional reasons). This stage of life will be repeated an average of 4.6 times over the course of a lifetime.

With this in mind, it's highly likely that your prospect or customer databases are incomplete, erroneous or contain out-of-date, out-of-date information.

Before any direct marketing or parcel delivery operation, you need to make sure your data is relevant. That's why we've developed the EnsoMove solution to help you meet your address data quality requirements.

By helping to correct and update this data, EnsoMove will help to reduce and eliminate your rate of undelivered mail or PND (formerly NPAI). Combining the Estocade and Charade processes, the EnsoMove solution enables you to precisely identify and update contacts who have moved.

How does EnsoMove works?

ESTOCADE treatment

This process enables you to exclude addresses identified as obsolete, either on a one-off basis (campaign carried out on a new prospecting file obtained from a database supplier) or definitively (global processing of your database).
This preventive process can be carried out using data provided by the French Post Office on the addresses of people who have moved and whose forwarding contract has expired.

Sending mail to this type of address will almost certainly result in a NPAI.

CHARADE treatment

LA POSTE's Service National de l'Adresse (SNA) provides information on people who have moved in the last 36 months.
Updated daily, this database contains information on the old/new address pair for over 6 million French households.

In addition to identifying out-of-date data, this process also enables you to update it.

All of this processing is fully compliant with the regulations on the protection of personal data (RGPD), dealing only with data from people who have consented to communicate their old address.

We recommend coupling the EnsoMove solution with RNVP (Restructuring, Normalization, Postal Validation) processing, which enables us to verify the existence of addresses in a file, correct them if necessary, and normalize the data.
